Walking in His ways

On the path of the Lord, blessed is the one who walks,
His will is my guide, His light will shine upon me.
Though the nobles may murmur and seek to lead astray,
In your decrees I find peace, feeling at ease as I journey on.

Blessed is the one who walks in your law,
Your word their guide, their most cherished doctrine.

As a faithful servant, I will meditate on your precepts,
Your truth is my delight, your teachings will uphold me.
Your word is my counselor, in it I will trust without doubt.

Thus, on the path of the Lord, my soul will find rest,
