El exilio republicano español, que conmemora los ochenta años cumplidos desde el fin de la Guerra Civil española y el inicio de la dictadura franquista. En ella se traza una cartografía de los desplazamientos y las tierras de acogida de los republicanos, así como de sus contribuciones en el plano cultural, científico, social y político, aspectos articulados en el texto de su comisario, Juan Manuel Bonet, que se acompaña de la reproducción de todas las piezas expuestas en la muestra. Asimismo, el catálogo reúne medio centenar de breves capítulos escritos por especialistas en las diversas facetas de esta compleja red, desde la situación en los campos de concentración al establecimiento de los republicanos en las geografías del exilio –Francia, México, Argentina, la Unión Soviética…– o sus aportaciones en las artes plásticas y escénicas, la literatura, la música, la ciencia, el pensamiento, el cine y la radio, entre otras.
