ELS AMICS DE LES ARTS . ESPÈCIES PER CATALOGAR. EL LLIBRE (SORIGUERA I FARRÉS , ELISENDA)

Des de principis del 2005 que en Dani Alegret, Joan Enric Barceló, Eduard Costa i Ferran Piqué (Els Amics de les Arts) comparteixen somriures i melodies, escriuen anècdotes i reescriuen lletres, i tot plegat ho converteixen en cançons. La gira de presentació del disc Bed & Breakfast (DiscMedi, 2009) va ser tot un fenòmen: la seva música va arribar a més orelles que mai. Espècies per catalogar (DiscMedi, 2012) és la seva nova història: un nou disc que es comença a gestar el mateix 7 de febrer del 2010, després de tancar la gira en un concert eufòric que omplia el Palau de la Música Catalana de Barcelona per segona nit consecutiva. Des d'aleshores, dins del seu cap només hi rondava una idea: la de preparar una nova remesa de cançons per seguir compartint aquesta aventura musical. Un procés que descobrim en aquest llibre, la presentació d'un nou catàleg de temes amb el segell d'Els Amics de les Arts.

FANFARA. ELS TRES TAMBORS . ORQUESTA PARA INSTRUMENTOS DE METAL (CERVELLÓ GARRIGA, JORDI)

Instrumentos: Flautín, Trompas en fa, Trompetas en do, Trombones, Tuba, Timbales y Percusión. La Fanfarria "Els tres tambors" está escrita especialmente para el concierto inaugural de la Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès, temporada 2010-11. Su tema, marchoso y decidido, resultaba perfecto para una pieza de este género, con instrumentos de metal. No podían faltar el flautín ni tampoco el tambor en la percusión. Al tema principal se le contraponen y animan otras dos ideas rítmicas de mi cosecha, que sirven para dar dinamismo y un aire festivo a la pieza.
