LA MONEDA CUBANA EN CIRCULACIÓN (ROBERTO MENCHACA GARCÍA)

Este libro surge como un modesto intento por correlacionar las distintas monedas que circularon o lo hacen actualmente en Cuba, con el contexto histórico en el cual las correspondientes acuñaciones tuvieron lugar. De este modo, su lectura invita a recorrer los acontecimientos más relevantes ocurridos en la isla desde el inicio de las guerras de independencia contra España hasta el período revolucionario actual. Paralelamente el lector descubrirá también muchos personajes históricos, algunos de ellos poco conocidos, así como anécdotas, curiosidades y hasta misterios que rodearon la acuñación de las monedas. El autor quisiera dedicar el libro en primer lugar a su madre, su hermana, a Francisco y a sus encantadores sobrinos Alejandro y Aitana. Una dedicatoria especial va para mi esposa Azahara, por sus magníficas sugerencias e inestimable ayuda a la hora de preparar y revisar el manuscrito. Se trata de buscar eficacia y buenos resultados en un método que cumple las expectativas de cualquier alumno que quiera aprender español.
