Milo, el protagonista, descubrirá el valor de las palabras, del mundo de las matemáticas, del tiempo… gracias al hallazgo de un objeto olvidado entre sus juguetes viejos, una cabina acompañada de un mapa y un manual de montaje que le permite iniciar su fantástico viaje. De vuelta en casa, se da cuenta de que ya no precisará de ninguna cabina en su camino hacia el conocimiento: a su alrededor tiene todo un mundo por descubrir y él ya posee las herramientas necesarias para hacerlo.
