In the end, David discovers that strong family bonds can transcend language barriers.  The story is based on real and imagined incidences between the author's mother (Abuela), and Abuela's biracial grandchildren. David represents a composite of those grandchildren.

A rhyming book about colors, intended for children and adults who enjoy rhyming books about color. It features characters from the world of Harmony Boom Island, which is this crazy world that I'm really only mentioning here to hit the minimum character limit required by the publishing cabal.
