Però no està feta amb criteri acadèmic o vocació canònica, sinó que neix de la curiositat lectora de Lolita Bosch i de la seva voluntat d'observar de la vora una literatura que a vegades ens sembla poc visible i sovint és rebuda, fins i tot a casa nostra, amb estereotips literaris sense fonament. Així que Veus és, sobre tot, una invitació a fer una immersió insòlita i poc freqüent en la nova narrativa catalana.
