Historia

Anàlisi històrica de la identitat catalana és una obra col·lectiva de recerca històrica que renova la visió del sorgiment de la identitat catalana a l’edat mitjana a partir de vectors com la convergència de trets socioeconòmics, la percepció externa, el desenvolupament institucional i la representativitat política; ressegueix l’adaptació i les expressions d’aquesta identitat sota els canvis dels segles XVI-XVIII; analitza l’adequació, represa i formulació de la identitat catalana dins de l’Espanya contemporània fins a la fi del franquisme, i atén la funció transmissora d’uns eixos transversals al llarg del temps com poden ser la llengua, el dret i l’art. Es tracta d’una publicació emparada per l’Institut d’Estudis Catalans, fruit d’un projecte de recerca europeu de l’European Science Foundation (ESF) i desenvolupat per quatre grups de recerca reconeguts amb la màxima qualificació científica com a grups de recerca consolidats i finançats per l’Agència de Gestió d’Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca (AGAUR).
