El bloqueo de los nervios periféricos proporciona una mejorasignificativa de la analgesia postoperatoria y de la calidad de la recuperaciónen la cirugía ambulatoria, pero el traumatismo de la aguja cerca de los nerviosperiféricos puede causar neuropatía. El uso combinado de la neuroestimulación y la ecografía aumenta la eficacia y seguridadde dicha práctica. El objetivo de este estudio es sustentar el aumento deseguridad que supone la combinación de ambas técnicas bajo un registroneurofisiológico, en concreto con la electroneurografía de superficie.
