Recorregut ben explicat pels lligams i les acotacions que l’urbanisme exerceix a allò públic i en especial a l’equipament públic. L’escola, la llar d’infants, l’hospital, el casal d’avis, etc., tots tenen un origen comú. La seva presència no depèn d’una major o menor generositat del consistori ni de la destresa municipal en la captació de recursos de la conselleria competent. Tampoc és màgia ni és quelcom inexplicable. No. Perquè hi ha un gran desconeixement a l’entorn dels nostres equipaments, peces fonamentals de la societat del benestar que cal preservar i defensar. Perquè només el ciutadà ben informat pot reivindicar més i millors equipaments de tots i per a tots. Per això aquest llibre.
