EXPLORACIÓN PRÁCTICA EN ATENCIÓN PRIMARIA: LA COLUMNA. (RODRÍGUEZ SANTOS, MARÍA DOLORES)

La exploración de la columna, en cualquiera de sus tramos , es una de las que más tememos en primaria, debido a que es un tema frecuente de demanda a diario en nuestras consultas, escaso tiempo para dedicar a cada paciente, dificultad de la exploración en algunos de ellos y cantidad de maniobras que se pueden utilizar.Por ello, en este manual vamos a intentar desglosar la exploración en las tres zonas en la que la dividimos: cervical, dorsal y lumbar y a ver las distintas maniobras que se pueden llevar acabo en ellas para llegar a una aproximación diagnóstica lo más rápido y ajustado de lo que puede ocurrirle a nuestro paciente, para luego saber que prueba complementaria o que tratamiento debemos iniciar.
