TUTELA JUDICIAL DEL COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO
Nos encontramos plenamente inmersos en una sociedad que llega incluso a calificarse como "de la información", sociedad que ha dado lugar a la configuración de una nueva modalidad de comercio: el electrónico. Esta nueva situación repercute en las tradicionales instituciones jurídicas, que deben ser revisadas con el fin de otorgar una adecuada respuesta a los conflictos derivados de aquella modalidad comercial. No es otra la finalidad que motiva la publicación de esta relevante, novedosa y atrevida obra en la que, bajo el título de Tutela judicial del comercio electrónico, se analizan y concretan las especialidades que pueden concurrir en un proceso judicial civil instado con la finalidad de resolver conflictos derivados de la práctica de dicho comercio.

Un nutrido grupo de profesores universitarios analizan, entre otros aspectos, el régimen jurídico-civil de las viviendas de uso turístico, la regulación del transporte colaborativo, el acto de competencia desleal por violación de normas, el papel del cooperativismo y el Derecho del consumo en la economía colaborativa, y la economía colaborativa desde el punto de vista del Derecho del trabajo y del Derecho comparado. Se pretende con ello contribuir al desarrollo de un nuevo Derecho en plena expansión -el Derecho de la economía colaborativa- y asistir a jueces y abogados ante las numerosas dudas que se plantean en este ámbito.
