Segons Ordre ECD/191/2012, de 6 de febrer queden prorrogats els temaris d'ingrés, accessos i adquisició de noves especialitats als cossos docents vigents amb anterioritat a l'1 de Gener de 2012. Amb motiu d'aquest canvi Editorial CEP posa a la seva disposició una edició revisada del temari que serà vàlid per a les pròximes convocatòries. La Filosofia consisteix en la conversió del temps en conceptes. L'objecte d'aquest volum és la reconstrucció dels grans problemes filosòfics des d'una triple vessant. Des del punt de vista lógico-epistèmic es du a terme un estudi detallat tant del pensar formal (Història de la Lògica, Càlcul lògic i Lògica com a sistema) com de la naturalesa i estructura de les teories científiques. Temes fonamentals com el context de justificació i el context de descobriment, el problema de la veritat o el postulat de l'objectivitat són analitzats tenint molt en compte les discussions actuals de la teoria postempirista de la ciència. La teoria del coneixement ocupa la segona perspectiva des de la que s'exposen els temes capitals de la Filosofia de la consciència, a saber, els elements a priori del coneixement i les relacions entre els límits de coneixement i el problema de l'irracional. Però no sols aquests, sinó també aquells altres que han ocupat l'experiència filosòfica després del gir lingüístic, a saber, les relacions entre coneixement i llenguatge, la connexió entre llenguatge natural i llenguatges formals i les diferents teories del significat des de Frege fins a Searle. El volum tanca amb un tema específic dedicat a l'experiència estètica tant en la seva història, com en la situació creada per l'art contemporani. La reflexió filosòfica de la bellesa ha ocupat l'atenció dels filòsofs des de Plató fins a Vattimo, perquè ella tanca en si mateixa un examen dels sentiments humans en general i de l'esfera del gust en particular.
